In the primary grades of 19 secondary schools in the Ferghana region, the Japanese education system has been introduced as a pilot, which, according to experts, helps students learn subjects quickly and easily, as well as maintain friendly relationships.
Comprehensive school No. 6 of the city of Kokand works effectively in this direction. There are 308 students enrolled in nine primary classes. A separate building has been allocated for them, at the entrance to which there are shelves for storing children’s phones, and there is a place for changing shoes. There is a separate hand washing room with appropriate amenities.
The school building is connected to high-speed fiber-optic Internet and Wi-Fi. The necessary conditions have also been created for primary school teachers. Each person is assigned a laptop. Electronic and magnetic boards are installed in the classrooms. And in the teachers' room there is a color printer. First graders are provided with tablets.
“It will not be an exaggeration to say that in a short period the system has produced certain results,” says school director Feruzakhon Kakhkharova. “This can be seen in the students’ desire to learn, their rapid mastery of subjects, their behavior, and their kind attitude towards each other. No one misses classes without a good reason. Children learn to analyze any situation.
