Navoiyuran: A State Enterprise Leading with 100% Export Excellence

In the 50s of the last century, the strategic task of finding and developing large uranium deposits became the basis for industrial exploitation of the rich underground resources of the boundless Kyzylkum desert.

State enterprise "Navoiyuran" is today the only uranium mining and processing enterprise in our country, and 100% of its products are exported.

The main production product of the enterprise is natural uranium, which is mined in six geotechnological mines of the Zafarabad Mining Department, Uchkuduq and Nurabad production areas, and processed into uranium oxide at the uranium production plant in Navoi.

In order to meet export targets, natural uranium production planned for 2023-2026 will be exported to companies in Japan, France, Canada, India, South Korea, and other foreign countries.

It should be said that the prestige of the company, which has taken a worthy place in the international arena, is increasing more and more. The President's decision of July 14, 2022 "On measures to increase the volume of uranium mining, processing and transformation of the Navoiyuron state enterprise in 2022-2030" defines the prospects for the development of the enterprise.

In particular, until 2030, it is decided to increase the base of uranium mineral raw materials to 100,000 tons, conduct geological exploration and research aimed at ensuring the opening of new deposits, and increase the production and processing of uranium raw materials. and the volume of production of ammonium perrhenate will be increased to 3.7 thousand kilograms. In addition, the company is implementing $500 million worth of investment projects to increase uranium mining and processing.
