On July 27 this year Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Kuchkarov met with the President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Akihiro Tanaka.

During the visit to Japan, on July 26, the Uzbek delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Jamshid Kuchkarov met with Japanese Foreign Minister H.E. Yoshimasa Hayashi.

As part of the delegation headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan J.A.Kuchkarov's visit to Japan, the delegation met with Nagoya mayor Takashi Kawamura. Takayuki Narita, chairman of the Nagoya Parliament and members of the local parliament, attended the event.

In Nagoya on July 24, a business forum was held at Nagoya International Center to promote labor migration between Uzbekistan and Japan as part of the visit of a delegation led by the Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan D.A.Kuchkarov to Japan.
