“Sangardak” is a tourist center with great potential

Dear Entrepreneurs as you know, attracting investment is a crucial factor for accelerating economic growth. In this regard, our country is actively seeking new promising projects that can attract both domestic and foreign investors.

One of the such highly profitable project, characterized by a short payback period and the potential for further expansion, is the tourist center located in the Sariasi district of the Surkhandarya region.

For reference, the tourist center “Sangardak” is situated in a picturesque natural setting, 57 kilometers from the administrative center of the Sariasi district. The total area of the project encompasses 615 hectares. The Sariasi district is home to three major rivers, as well as the Tupalang Reservoir and the Uzun and Gisar state forests. New tourist routes have been established to the resorts of Sangardak and Khanjiza, as well as to the highest point in Uzbekistan, which is only 120 meters lower than Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Europe. The Sariasi district features stunning gorges, including Zevar, Khovat, Kishtut, Chosh, and Hurvatan, while the Tamarhud gorge boasts the high-mountain lake Aigirkul, located on the Hisar mountain range at an altitude of 2,400 meters above sea level.

During the year, an average of 70,000 tourists visit the Sariasi district, which features three modern hotels and 26 family-run guesthouses.

The investment project is designed for individuals or organizations currently involved in or planning to enter the tourism sector, as it presents significant opportunities in gastronomic, health, adventure, and ecotourism.

Thanks to the developed project covering an area of 615 hectares, the following facilities are available for investors to construct and subsequently manage: hotels, parking lots, a cable car, a mountain bridge, walking paths, a shopping center, a cultural recreation center, guest houses, sanatoriums, an embankment, a complex with bungalows, and more.

It is important to note that the tourism project benefits from various incentives and preferences provided by current laws and regulations related to investment activities.
