In New Uzbekistan, the importance of women in social and political life has been raised to the level of state policy

An article published many years ago in the newspaper “Mehnatkashlar Tovushi” (1918-1921) quotes the following words: “What will happen to us if we deprive our women, who are raising children and the younger generation, of education and training?

What if we don't take advantage of their talents and skills? ...if we do not give our women, who make up more than half of the ten million Turkestanis, education and knowledge, consciousness and ideas? Paradoxically, this aspect, which worried our enlightened ancestors, has not lost its relevance over the years.
