Social policy in our country contains a wide range of issues on combating poverty, creating jobs, supporting socially vulnerable groups of the population. Human capital investments contribute to the social and economic sectors of the country's development. Moreover, according to a study by the Institute of Macroeconomic and Regional Studies under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, improving the quality of human capital leads to an increase in the inflow of foreign direct investment by 0.51 percent.
