The issue of increasing the number of scholarships for Uzbek students to study in Japan discussed

Ambassador of Uzbekistan Muhsinhoja Abdurakhmanov held a productive meeting with Ms. Sanae Ohashi, president of the company "OHS CO., LTD" and a member of the Yoneyama Memorial Scholarships Committee.

At the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of cultural-humanitarian and educational cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan and the prospects for further development of relations in this field, in particular, the issues of holding "Uzbekistan culture days" in Nagoya.

At the same time, the issue of increasing the number of scholarships for Uzbek students in Japanese universities and sending Japanese teachers to Uzbekistan to teach the Japanese language was also raised on the agenda.
