Uzbekistan is a rapidly developing state in Central Asia. According to the publication U.S. News, in 2023 the republic ranked 51st out of 87 among the most powerful and developing countries in the world.

In various historical periods, attitudes towards women varied, but Uzbek women consistently maintained their national identity. They played a crucial role in nurturing prominent personalities and thinkers who significantly contributed to human development. The names of mothers like Sitorabonu (Ibn Sina's mother), Fatimabegim (Imam Bukhari's mother), and Bibi Orifabegim (Khoja Bahauddin Naqshband's mother) are remembered in history for their enduring impact.

In 2024, Uzbekistan will carry out an extensive set of tasks outlined in the State Program for implementing the "Uzbekistan - 2030" Strategy during the Year of Support for Youth and Business. The primary emphasis will be on addressing social issues, including healthcare, education, sports, social protection for specific population groups, and ensuring employment.

More than 2 billion people worldwide, constituting over 25 percent of the global population, are classified as young individuals. In our country, the youth group represents approximately 60% of the total population. This distinction has led to Uzbekistan being acknowledged as a country with a predominantly youthful demographic. Contemplating the upcoming decades, wherein this demographic will wield decisive influence in governing the state and society, underscores the critical importance of addressing the education and upbringing of young people. Timely resolution of their issues, the provision of optimal conditions for individual development, and the cultivation of professional skills become paramount priorities.
