Today, given that 35% of the population of Uzbekistan, that is, more than 12.1 million people are children, the issues of ensuring the interests of children are one of the main priorities of the policy of the state.

A large-scale work aimed at creating a compact and professional public administration system is ongoing in our country. 

It is an undeniable fact that in the 21st century the success in development can only be achieved by those countries that have chosen to prioritize investment in human capital, since the accumulated knowledge and information have now become strategic resources.

A national referendum on the law on the new Constitution will be held in Uzbekistan on April 30, 2023.
