From September 16 to 20, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of the Republic of Uzbekistan participated in the activities of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly. On September 19, the head of our state delivered a speech during the general debate of the plenary session of the General Assembly, in which he presented his vision on pertinent regional and global agenda items.

"Investment Forum of Uzbekistan" was organized by the Uzbekistan Embassy in Japan in cooperation with the Tokyo office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

To this day, in our country, in conditions of complete equality and mutual understanding, representatives of more than 130 nations and nationalities live and work successfully for the benefit of the Motherland.

In the complex "Amiri Divan" in the city of Doxhe, the president of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamadom Al Thani, and two official delegations met.

Industry is the basis for improving the well-being of the population. Of course, there are other industries. The volume of services has grown in the industry since 1991. However, the state treasury receives the maximum revenue from industry. Therefore, in the Namangan region, there is a need to focus on developing industry to ensure continued financial stability.

Economic relations are one of the important elements of civil society. They cannot appear and develop by themselves, but are formed under the influence of the state and society. If society has an influence on the economy through social norms, the state ensures its development based on the laws it adopts.

The strategy of its own path of renewal and progress, which Uzbekistan is consistently implementing, has provided conditions for stable and sustainable development, has received recognition from the world community.

At the invitation of Federal Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit the city of Berlin on September 28-30 on a working visit.

The 25th Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) is scheduled for October 16-20 this year in Samarkand. For the first time in history, Uzbekistan will host this important biennial gathering of member states and affiliate members of UNWTO.
