Over the course of its independence, Uzbekistan has ratified more than 80 international documents aimed at improving various areas, and is currently taking measures to implement them into national legislation and law enforcement practices. In recent years, Uzbekistan has successfully implemented the Action Strategy for five priority areas of development from 2017 to 2021, the "Uzbekistan - 2030" Strategy, the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026, the National Strategy of Uzbekistan on Human Rights, and over 50 other concepts and programs.
