By presidential decree of July 6, 2022, the Strategy for Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 was approved. The goal is the development of a continuous ecosystem “industry - region - scientific / higher educational organization” from the organization of jobs to the creation of capital in the formation of a creative economy in the country.

In 2017, Uzbekistan's President introduced the Action Strategy for 2017-2021, consisting of five priority areas for socio-economic development. This strategy resulted in the adoption of approximately 300 laws, over 4,000 decrees, and resolutions targeting the reform of all areas of public and state life. The Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan has been approved with an emphasis on prioritizing people's needs.
