Climate change is one of the most serious threats to sustainable development and human well-being in the 21st century. According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the average global surface temperature has increased by 1.1°C compared to pre-industrial times, and the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere has reached record levels.

According to the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, over the past few years our country has undergone an accelerated economic transformation and is increasingly appearing in the international community as one of the symbols of openness, innovation and determination in removing various kinds of barriers to business and investment.
