In recent years, Uzbekistan, having joined the Global Agenda for Sustainable Development and committed itself to ensuring sustainable and progressive economic growth, social inclusion and environmental protection in the face of climate change, has made significant progress in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. This indicates that in our country the attitude towards environmental issues has changed significantly: the legislative framework is being improved, new eco-thinking is being formed, and the ecological culture of the population is improving.

According to statistics, the average annual volume of electricity production in our country for the period 1991-2016 amounted to 43 billion kWh. And last year, 74.3 billion kW/h of electricity was produced, which is 2.3 billion kW/h more than in 2021.

Last year, 62.3 kW/h of electricity was supplied to consumers. This is 3.2 billion kilowatt hours, or 5.5 percent more than in 2021.

Uzbekistan is one of those countries that have faced serious problems in building a fair judicial system. In this article we will dwell on these problems and how their solutions are being achieved.

To ensure true independence, impartiality, openness, and transparency in the work of the courts and to improve the efficiency and quality of justice, our country is carrying out large-scale judicial reforms as part of building a New Uzbekistan. The main purpose of this is to ensure in practice the constitutional right of citizens to justice, the reliable protection of their rights and freedoms through the courts and to increase their confidence in justice.
