States in many parts of the world regularly amend constitutions, and in some cases draft completely new constitutions. This may be due to various political, economic, social or other reasons. The national constitution of a country is the framing legal document, which captures the basis of the social contract between the state and the people it is supposed to serve.
On the eve of the Summit of the Heads of State of Central Asia, an informal meeting took place between the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov.
On July 21, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov, will visit the city of Cholpon-Ata in Kyrgyzstan to participate in the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia.
